Wholesale Electric Corp sells only new un-used material and parts. The
Return/Refund Policy is broken down into 2 categories:
– Recently manufactured items. The item will clearly state this in the
description. POLICY – May return for full refund under the following
1. Not been more than 30 days from customer receipt.
2. Product is returned in the original factory carton, not installed.
3. Customer pays the return shipping.
An RGA will be issued for any and all returns. No item may be returned
without an RGA. If there are mishaps deemed our fault we will
immediately issue RGA with free shipping return call tags. If item is
damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours of customer
receipt. Items damaged in transit are rare and handled on a case by
Category 2 – Items marked “surplus”
or “closeout”. POLICY – These items are not returnable unless shipped
in error or received damaged. Damage policy is clearly stated above.
